Meet your strategic HR partner
Iโm Jonathan Riley. For 15 years, Iโve managed HR operations where high stakes and thin margins are the normโspecifically within the U.S. Air Force, defense contracting, and international industrial sectors.
Having directed HR for firms with up to 250 staff members, I specialize in creating the workforce analytics that empower boards and executives to make informed choices. I translate human resources into the financial language business owners need. My expertise spans workforce strategy, compensation modeling, performance optimization, employee relations, and professional development.
I am SPHR certified and completing an MBA in Business Analytics, allowing me to analyze a P&L as fluently as an organizational structure. As an Air Force veteran, I operate by a proven mission-first philosophy: identify the core issue, develop a precise strategy, and execute until the objective is achieved.

Fix the real problem. Build what lasts.
Strategic Workforce Planning
Where most clients start. We map where your business is headed and align roles, structure, and headcount to get you there.
Fractional HR Business Partner
Senior HR leadership without the full-time salary. Work with me on a monthly retainer for organizational development, people decisions, and steady guidance as you grow.
Scale Your HR
When the business outgrows its HR, I build whatโs missing: performance reviews that drive results, a pay analysis so you stay competitive, a clear process for handling employee issues, and development plans that grow your people. Built for how you run, not pulled from a template.
STRATEGIC ADVISORY
Right people. Right seats. More wins.
Workforce Strategy
Accountability That Sticks
Org Health Check
I look 12 to 18 months out with you and decide what roles, structure, and capabilities the business needs to get there, before you hire your way into the wrong org chart.
Strategy fails when it stops at the top. I push ownership down through the ranks and set up the rhythm that keeps results going long after Iโm gone.
You get a fast, honest read on where the organization is working against the business. I walk in with a file of facts, not a slide deck, and you leave knowing what to fix first.
